Absence Notification: This form should be used to notify and record your absence to a coming troop meeting or event. You should also use this after the troop meeting or event to let the troop leaders know your absence reason. Please note that 3 consecutive absences without notification will result in a disciplinary action, as stated in the troop bylaws. And 'Yes', you still need to submit this form even if you have made the call to notify a leader your absence.
Scout Advancement Update Request: As soon as a rank requirement has been signed off, Scouts use this form to request an update to the troop advancement record.
Suggestion & Change Request: Please use this form to submit a suggestion or a change request, we will review it at the next troop committee meeting.
